Work sample(s) will NOT be returned, so please DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS OR ONE-OF-A-KIND MATERIALS. Samples should be on CD, DVD, or 1/2" VHS video tape. Web-based artists may simply submit a URL below telling us where to view your work online. Your name should be written on the submission, along with the words, "Phelan FVD 2008." Your sample(s) can be of any length, but jurors will look at no more than 15 minutes of your work. Please have the sample(s) cued or specified accordingly.
